Your 2012 Options

The 2012 election is a heated one, and current polls show the incumbent President Obama is neck-and-neck with his challenger Governor Mitt Romney. There are staunch supporters on both sides of the issues, and the Democrats and Republicans have both been campaigning in important election states for the votes of the undecided.

If you’re on the fence, you may want to take this poll to see which candidate you side with on the issues. But don’t be surprised if you line up with Jill Stein of the Green Party, or Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate. If you’re undecided, there’s a good chance it’s because you’re disenfranchised by the two-party system, or alienated by the rhetoric and agendas of the controlling parties, and these are exactly the types of causes many independent candidates take up.

Despite the dominance of the two party system there are independent party options. Most voters don’t know about them, since non-mainstream candidates tend not to have as much money or media focus. Here at dontnotvote.org, we want to inform you of your options, so you have all the information you need to cast a meaningful and powerful vote.

Every vote represents a voice, and every additional voice makes a difference. So review the options below, make your choice and whatever you do, DON’T NOT VOTE!
